The statements and appendices that follow summarize the formal recommendations, insights, and perspectives of the faculty, professional staff members, and practitioners who serve collectively on behalf of the twenty-two academic areas that comprise the Purdue University Teacher Education Program. Although referenced in the summary statements, formal correspondences by key academic program areas (Gifted and Talented, Early Childhood Education, Social Studies, Agricultural Education, and Consumer and Family Science) are located in the Appendices and are to be reviewed carefully to acquire the most accurate context.
